"JUST SIGN HERE, DEAR………"

Agricultural women everywhere are getting together for round table discussions and networking opportunities through a program entitled "Women, Land and Legacy".

The initial focused conversation is designed to learn the needs and questions of women with interests in the agricultural community. The ultimate goal of "Women, Land, and Legacy" is to build a support network for women in agriculture. Discussion topics may include: estate planning, livestock management, conservation planning, equipment expense and government programs.

The first of these sessions will be June 13th, 2006 at the Malvern Community Building on the Main Level. The evening will begin at 6:00 p.m. with light refreshments, socializing and door prizes. The meeting will officially begin at 6:30 and conclude by 8:30 p.m.

This is not just for women in agriculture, but for mothers, daughters, sisters, and anyone who needs some answers! We would love to hear your ideas! We hope to see you Tuesday, June 13th. Please feel free to bring a friend.

The local planning committee for this program is Suzanne Burgoin, Bev Dashner, Becky Wearin-Pulk and Delores Williams.

For more information on sessions and registration call (712)-624-8606, extension 3, or email Belinda at belinda.greene@ia.nacdnet.net. Reservations are requested by June 9, 2006.
